Three Officers Hurt As RCMP Cars Crash Responding To Break-in

RCMP in North Battleford, Sask. say that three officers were taken to hospital after a crash involving two police vehicles early Saturday morning.

Police said that the vehicles were responding to report of a break-in at a home around 5:15 a.m. CST when the crash occurred near the intersection of 11th Avenue and 102 Street.

The injuries of the officers — two men and one woman — were described as serious, but non-life-threatening. Two of the officers were released from hospital in North Battleford and the third is going to Saskatoon for further treatment.
